SCOPE OF SERVICES
- Feasibility studies and scheme preparations for sites, structures and ancillary works.
- Structural survey work together with reports and recommendations, monitoring and advice on special tests for owners, building societies and insurers; defects, damage and integrity investigations.
- Commissioning and specifying of required soil investigations, interpretation of results and subsequent advice as to the most suitable design and construction foundation solution.
- Preparing structural designs, details and information for construction purposes for all buildings, from extensions/alterations to multi-million pound mixed-use developments.
- Preparation of documentation for tender purposes, consideration and evaluation of the same.
- Submission of design data as required for Local Authority approval under Building Control, NHBC, HAPM and other specific approvers.
- Liaison with clients, other Consultants, Contractors, Local and Statutory Authorities, Specialists.
- Site inspection, supervision and contract management, including dealing with designer's responsibilities under Construction (Design and Management) Regulations.
- Temporary works design from simple needling and shoring through to total facade retention schemes, piling mat, crane stability checks and tower crane base design.
