• OVERVIEW

  Prestigious new build golf clubhouse and support accommodation including bar facility, kitchens, changing rooms, toilets, swimming pool, service roads, car park and various outbuildings.

  The building was constructed in structural steel with precast concrete floors and masonry cladding. Due to the terrain the architect incorporated a part basement, being the gymnasium/changing rooms which required retaining walls to form the below ground basement box.
