• OVERVIEW

  An extensive programme of refurbishment works required structural design solutions to create large public spaces within the footprint of the existing building. In order to achieve this a detailed assessment of the structural performance of the existing building was required in order to estabilish baseline data for the final design solution.

  Included within the development scope, an old stable block to the rear of the property was assessed and strengthened to form a new car parking area for the hotel customers.
