• OVERVIEW

  The project consists of 13 new industrial workshop units split into 3 blocks of phased construction to suit existing part client occupation and demolition.

  The buildings are of steel portal framed construction with masonry walls at low level then insulated profiled metal cladding to rest of walls and roof. All units have been designed to accommodate future mezzanine floors as required. The ground floor is concrete ground bearing on n engineered sub base, and the foundations are of strip and pad type.

  Construction was complicated by working around existing services, deep AWA sewer and an electrical substation.
